I have my schedule for the first term, schoolyear 2007-2008. Read on for details!

Midheaven.org has been experiencing some downtime. I don’t know what’s going on because my host still hasn’t replied but the sites seem to be running fine now. Maybe they were just doing some maintenance. The problem is, the forms aren’t working. I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon though. In the meantime, you know my email. hehe. Feel free to send me messages anytime - don’t expect an immediate reply though. I’m still quite busy catching up on stuff. I still have to update the group one and two games over at Seriously!.

I turned 20 last Sunday! Yep, my birthday was on the 6th of May. Gaaaah! I can’t believe I’m getting older. Thank you to all the wonderful people who remembered. I love you guys! You really made my day. My party was okay. I made potato salad for my best friend Beh. My aunt, who’s a wonderful cook, loved it so I think that says a lot! Too bad Nin couldn’t come. I think he would have loved it too. hehe. The three of us (Beh, Nin and I) are HUGE fans of potato salad. Anyway, it was more like a children’s party - lots of kids running around and screaming. haha. But it was fun. I’m glad I got to spend some time with my cousins again..besides, I love kids. ♥

It still doesn’t seem real…that I’ll be studying again, I mean. I have to admit that I’m scared. I’m afraid that I won’t be able to make any friends because I’m such a recluse sometimes. Thank God for Grace. She’s so nice. She’s from my old school and we met through the Yahoo! Group of one of the organizations I joined when I took my first degree. I think we’ve gotten to know each other pretty well - the biggest thing we have in common is our love for certain TV shows. Anyway, she offered to have lunch with me if I don’t have anyone to eat with once school starts. Thank you Grace!!! You’re such a sweetie!

Anyway, here’s my schedule for the first trimester (yep, my new school is on the trimestral system too):

0700-0800 - BMAT2-X (Business Mathematics 2)
0900-1200 - NATSCA1 (Human Factors in Design)
1300-1600 - DESPRIN (Principles of Design)

–TUESDAY
0900-1200 - HARTDS1 (History of Art and Design 1)
1300-1600 - FREHAND (Freehand Drawing)

–WEDNESDAY
0700-0800 - BMAT2-X (Business Mathematics 2)
0900-1200 - COLREND (Color Theory and Rendering)

–THURSDAY
1620-1750 - BMAT2-X (Business Mathematics 2)

–FRIDAY
0700-0800 - BMAT2-X (Business Mathematics 2)

That’s a total of 18 units!

BTW, I just know I’m going to hate Thursdays. At least I’ll have Friday to look forward to. I think Beh and I will be hanging out every Friday. We haven’t been able to really do that since high school.

Simply Precious and Trixie, thank you! ♥ I will be taking a lot of courses and I’m a bit intimidated… But I’m determined to do great! I won’t be able to graduate with honors though. You have to take at least 80% of all courses in the school where you’ll be earning your degree to be eligible.

Lil, I love university too..but I miss high school. I guess it’s because things seemed so much easier then. Thank you! I know I’ll survive..hehe. I survived my first degree..I think I’ll be able to do it again. LOL.

Carla, I wasn’t that enthusiastic when I got out of high school either. That’s why I’m going to college again. hahaha. I’m finally truly enthusiastic about what I’ll be taking up. *grins*

Yoru, I think it’s going to be really fun! Why don’t you take some classes like the ones I’ll be taking too?

The dream is this - that we’ll finally be happy when we reach our goals - find the guy, finish our internship, that’s the dream. Then we get there. And if we’re human, we immediately start dreaming of something else. Because, if this is the dream, then we’d like to wake up. Now, please!

Good luck with studying again. It’s always hard to do something new, but it sounds like you already have a friend, so at least it’ll be less scary. My advice is to just go up to someone who looks friendly and talk to them, hehe.

Holy goodness, Grey’s quotes!

Happy late birthday! I just turned 22 on the 3rd! It’s weird getting older - it never feels like you are. Then you look back and realize that you’ve aged ten years and didn’t really notice the difference.

It’s kinda like getting a hair cut, that way. You don’t notice when it grows a half inch, but when it grows five and you see a picture, it catches you off-guard!

I promise you, your not the only one worried about not having friends or people to hang with that you know. If you find yourself with spare time and nobody to talk to then use that time to do homework or study and nobody will think anything of it

Glad to hear you had a good birthday! It’s nice to beable to spend time with family for things like that. I have the same issue with worrying about making friends. When I went to computer school I figured I’d probably just be the quiet girl in the corner, but I ended up making friends with people that I never thought I would. So I’m pretty sure you have nothing to worry about

That is one of my problems too. I’m not a very sociable person. I don’t exude a good aura of being very friendly to other people. I sometimes envy my friends who seem to make it look like it so easy to have lots of friends who’ll care for you. I have a few ones
