Reminiscing

I’m preparing Transient Dreams for the new layout (MR). I’ll probably be basing it on the Kubrick theme so I looked for a 3-column widget-enabled version. I’ve decided not to merge it with the main site since I’m going to turn Moonlight Reverie into a collective.

Edit, 11:21:20 am — I’ve edited the theme to my liking. I’m going to keep this blog simple and hopefully, uncluttered. The header photo is mine - I will not be using images other than my own from now on. I’ll appreciate any feedback! Thank you!

I was looking through my blog for any spam comments I might have missed because I’ve imported my old Greymatter blog and my private blog — I ended up reading my old blog entries. haha. The ones when I was supposedly so in love. Oooh..sometimes I miss being so naive. “I thought that you’d be loving me. I thought you were the one who’d stay forever. But now forever’s come and gone. Anyway, I had a nice Christmas (although I did sleep through Noche Buena, for the first time! - Christmas hasn’t been the same without my grandfather…). I completed the Simbang Gabi with my mom and my goddaughter/cousin. Gifts: I got a LOT of clothes - tons of tops (pretty tunics), a pair of pants, new shoes, 2 babydoll nightgowns (I’m actually wearing one of them right now, I love it!) - then some stuff for my room. I bought myself a huge Snoopy stuffed toy. Oh, and my sister gave me a Will Turner action figure. She wanted to give me Jack Sparrow (she knows I love Johnny Depp) but she couldn’t find one. I haven’t gotten her anything yet. I was going to buy her some Peanuts stuff again but she already bought a Charlie Brown stuffed toy..maybe I’ll just get her another book. She’s been adding to her Peanuts collection this year.

TO DO LIST:

create new layout for main site
create new favicon and logo for Midheaven and the new domain
delete old site collective and other unnecessary sites (forums, network sites)
turn main site into collective and redo coding
clean up content; rewrite pages
setup the new domain’s subsites
upload photos to the new gallery
create a MediaShelf theme for MH Archives
create layouts for all my new fanlistings and redo coding
clean up web space - delete old files (school-related files will be moved to my 4shared account)

I’m going out of town on Sunday (the 30th)… I’m not sure where we’re going yet but this trip is way overdue. I can’t wait!

The new splash looks awesome! I’m so excited! Hehe. I love it when people remake their websites, it always feels so fresh and clean.

I really like your new layout, and that photo of yours is amazing. I like how simple the layout is. And I like the colors.

Old blog entries are always entertaining. I believe I’ve kept all of mine from my previous blogs too. Oh my…
