I’ve been looking for Christmas cards online and the most recent ones I bought were handmade. The artist used great quality card stock. The designs on the card covers were sewn by hand and the words were embossed. The pictures didn’t do the cards justice. They looked so much better than I expected. They came with silver and gold envelopes too! Very pretty. :) I wish there were bigger ones though – the ones currently for sale are only 4.0″ x 5.5″. I’m thinking of buying more. I remembered how my cousin used to make wedding invitations, business cards and ads and they always turned out great. Since then I’ve always preferred handmade or personalized greeting cards. I’m thinking of my own cards next year. I really wish I had all of my art stuff here but I’m still waiting for my mom to send them to me. I thought I could just buy all of them here but I didn’t realize how expensive everything would be. I’d rather not buy anything when I already have all of the stuff I need (albeit miles away. LOL).
