I’ve been running scans on my laptop for the past two days now. Because I’ve spent all day just waiting for the scans to finish, I was able to write a background story for the new original fiction I’m planning to write and illustrate. I got inspired again after reading Sabriel (The Old Kingdom, Book 1) by Garth Nix.

I like him. He says okay-dokay.

Hi everyone! ^_^ I was itching to blog yesterday but I was working on ONDAMIXXX..argh. I should’ve just blogged. All the work I did was wasted..I had to reinstall WordPress because I messed up something when I upgraded it. Anyway, I don’t have time to make a personalized theme for it yet so I uploaded a preset. If you have time, please visit and comment on how things look. Oh, and have you noticed that I tweaked my Letters Theme? What do you guys think? Does it look better now? And did you notice the link above that says The Pursuit of Happiness? hehe. It’s my Wordpress.com blog. I’ve finally decided to use it. Transient Dreams will still be my main blog though. I’m just going to use the other blog for book, movie and music reviews (they’re going to be informal though..basically I’ll just be ranting/raving about my favorites/non-faves). I’m also going to create a new private blog. If you want the password, just ask. If we don’t know each other offline, I’ll probably give it to you.

I’m going to take the extrance exam on the 17th of March! Wish me luck! ^_^ If I pass, I’ll be able to enroll into the Multimedia Arts program. I hope they’ll credit all of my minor subjects. I’ll be able to work - maybe even full-time - if I only have to take the major courses. Graduating from DLSU-M is definitely an advantage. The course syllabi are basically the same. At least, that’s what I’ve heard from people I know who’ve transferred from DLSU-M to DLS-CSB.

I’ve lost five kilos. FIVE! Gaaaah! Scary. I’m not even on a diet! I eat a LOT. (Note: I’ve never gone on a diet - okay, I have. But I was on a patient’s diet so that doesn’t count. I had to eat hospital food because I was sick.) Plus, my mom wants to get my heart checked out. I’ve been having chest pains lately. I think I’m probably just overeating. My mom’s afraid because she used to have the same chest pains when she was young - she has a congenital heart disease (she had open heart surgery back in 2000). I dunno… Maybe it’s nothing. Besides, I really don’t want to go to the hospital and have them poke needles into me. I’ve managed to avoid that for four years. Gaaah… I don’t even want to get a flu shot!

My best friend’s adopted baby sister is going to be christened tomorrow!! I’m going to have a new goddaughter! Well..it’ll be official tomorrow. My mom and my sister just went off to the church to confirm her registration. She’s adorable! She’s half-Korean, I think. Or half-Taiwanese? Gaaah! I’m not sure… I have to ask Beh again. *gulp* I wonder…do I have to wear a dress? Eeek! I haven’t worn a dress in a while. And I don’t feel like wearing one. Oh well… We’ll see.

Okay, I couldn’t resist. I have to blog about Jensen Ackles again. ^_^;; I posted some pics over at The Pursuit of Happiness. I’ll probably keep posting Dean Winchester quotes until I run out of them. He’s such a wiseguy. Gaaaaaah…. I want to watch Supernatural again..but I can’t watch it alone. I’ll probably pester my sis to watch it with me. But then..that’s probably not a good idea. She screams a lot when we watch scary movies and it’s infectious - even when you’re not really scared, she’ll make you want to scream.

Yay! Time to answer comments. Amy strengthened my resolve to do better at it. I used to answer comments in my blog after my actual posts but it got so tedious and time-consuming that I stopped. I’m going to start doing it again because I love it when people comment and I want you guys to know that I really appreciate how you take time out to read my blog. First up, Niki! Hun, you really should try and watch Supernatural sometime. It’s GRRREAT! Please? For me? Lol. Just give it a chance. Maybe you’ll end up loving it as much as I do. Chau, thank you! BTW, I’m really sorry but I still haven’t been able to catch up with your blogs Things are just too hectic for me but I’ll make it up to you somehow. *hugs* Shelly, you always make me smile! I love your comments! Yup, that’s right! Supernatural is the series with the two brothers. Haha..I get scared too! It’s just that with my whole family watching (and me always sitting in the middle), I always have someone to clutch and squeeze to death when I get really scared. What can I say? I’m evil. Just kidding! You watch Grey’s Anatomy too?! My siblings and I love it! I love Christina! Are you a Meredith x Derek fan or an Addison x Derek fan? I like Addy sometimes (emphasis on SOMETIMES) but I’m glad Meredith and Derek are getting back together (They are right? We haven’t seen the most recent episodes yet). And McSteamy… hmmn… Well, I still like Dean Winchester better! LOL. Cherrie Asakura, I’m more of a J-Rocker too ^_^ BTW, I love your theme’s header image. And last but definitely not least, Amy, thank you for your comment! I love long comments! And thank you for including me in your prayers, I really appreciate it. I’m glad you like Connoisseur’s layout. It took me a while to get it to look just right. I couldn’t decide what colors to use (the text used to be blue). Supernatural can get really scary..even when you can predict what will happen next. Gaaah..The Bloody Mary episode freaked me out too. I was afraid to look at the mirror because I might “think” her name and I kept thinking that would be enough to make her appear. Waaaah! *shakes head* I have to get that thought out of my head. I remember one of the episodes where an imaginary ghost came alive because people kept believing in him.

Once you forget something, it ceases to exist.

Gaaaah! I should have blogged days ago! hehe. I’ve been holding off blogging because I don’t want to jinx anything. So… I’m not going to tell you about how my application is going just yet. In the meantime, please include me in your prayers. I really, really, really, really, reeaaaally want to take up Multimedia Arts. I’ll probably be given the third week of March entrance exam schedule. Wish me luck! ^_^

You guys might be wondering what I’ve been doing for the past two weeks…well… I’ve been playing online trading card games again! Don’t know what those are? Head on over to Connoisseur (my TCG Trading Post) to find out. Those of you who’ve known me for three years or more probably know that I used to run my own TCG - Spellbinding, a Harry Potter TCG. It was fun while it lasted. I’ve been thinking about reopening it but I realized that I might not be able to handle it - even with a full staff - if I’m going to study and work at the same time.

Hmmn… About the fanlisting for The Wolves in the Walls… I won’t be adopting it anymore. I’ve been having problems with my graphics program and couldn’t make a layout so Kura/eL decided to close it. I might apply for it at TFL.org but I’ll probably concentrate on the fanlistings I’ve currently applied/been approved for.

We watched One Night with the King a few days ago. I don’t know exactly why or what it was about the movie really struck me. It was beautiful. The cast and crew did a great job. And there was something about Luke Goss in that movie that just..I dunno. Anyway, I hope that you’d all get to watch it sometime. It’s about the true story of Queen Esther. It was based on the novel Hadassah: One Night with the King by Tommy Tenney and Mark Andrew Olsen.

My whole family has been watching Supernatural. Even my dad! And he’s incredibly hard to impress. Of course, we get a running commentary whenever he watches with us - it’s terribly annoying - but the fact that he’s actually the one who keeps asking us to continue watching says a LOT about the show. We’ve seen up to Episode 8 of Season 2. I can’t wait to watch the rest! I’m hoping to run the fanlisting for Dean Winchester, Jensen Ackles’ character in the series. I adore him! Snarky and sexy! I think Dean is the best character in the whole series. Kudos to the writers! And the very talented Jensen Ackles, of course. He has a way with the lines. I don’t think anyone else could have delivered Dean’s lines half as well as he did. Hmmn… The only episode I didn’t really like was the one with the clowns. Gaaah! I am deathly afraid of clowns. They’re just plain..scary. My sister keeps teasing me but hey, if you keep getting nightmares about It-like clowns (you know, the Stephen King movie? The one with the child-devouring clown?) you’d be scared too!

Chau, hehe… Not having blog titles is okay but I’m a bit obsessive-compulsive and it’s just one of those things that I have to do to keep my sanity. LOL. Just kidding! Shelly, thank you! My grandfather got through the surgery okay… I really hope he’ll have many good years ahead of him. Snez, 2 out of 3 people?! But statistics lie right? Erin, thank you! I’m glad you like the layout. hehe. It’s probably going to be up for a long while. Denise, I know what you mean..and I could do without those things too because they aren’t necessities. But I have to admit that I like having a roof over my head, running water and such. It’s those simple luxuries that I’d rather not live without. Trixie, thank you. I really want to see my grandfather..and I’m going to. As soon as I possibly can. Amy, thank you. Oh, The Time Machine! I want to see that too! I haven’t been able to finish it. Ate Ems, oh, I can’t speak or understand Chinese. My grandfather (the one who passed away in September 2005) could though - our clan is part Spanish, Chinese and Filipino. Although I’m not exactly a full-blooded Filipino, that’s what I consider myself to be. Besides, almost everyone I know has a bit of Spanish and Chinese blood in them anyway. And I’m a true-blue Filipino in my heart and soul. Chans, thank you. hehe. Cheers for subtitles! I love foreign movies. Sometimes I even watch local movies with subtitles even though I don’t actually read them. I just got used to seeing text at the bottom of the screen. LOL. Emmy, thanks. I never got to play World of Warcraft. I’d love to try it sometime but I’m afraid of getting addicted again. ^_^;; That probably won’t happen though. I know when it’s time to stop. Cherrie Asakura, I’m not really sure if what my grandmother told my mom was true but there’s no harm in trying it - just don’t play too much! Theresa, I like listening to Chinese songs. I have a lot of Chinese friends and I get to hear some really nice songs whenever they let me listen to their MP3 players. I’m more of a J-Pop/J-Rock girl though. Vera, that reminds me. I really should get the rest of my pictures uploaded! I hope you guys will like my sky- and cloudscapes. Gaaah! I can’t remember the ending of Curse of the Golden Flower - sorry! I have to watch it again!
