I’m multitasking — blogging while working on three different projects. I’m almost done with the copy (text) for the DESKPUB self-promotion ad — I’m going to send it off to our assistant leader in a while. I’m still working on the DESNCON promo ad for Kenny Rogers Roasters. AND I’m also working on the script for my radio play for SONDESN.

Hmmn… According to some psychological researches, men are unable to multitask. I don’t want this to turn into a debate — I’m not about to make sweeping generalizations about the opposite sex nor am I going to be a traitor to my own. The truth is, I don’t really believe that men can’t multitask. But I have to agree with some of the research findings, men can be a lot more focused, maybe that’s why some people think that men might find it hard to divide their attention — it’s just a matter of putting things in context.

Okay, moving on…

I’ve made a decision about school. I’m going to file for a Leave of Absence next term. My reasons (in no particular order):

First of all, I want to thank everyone who asked about my dad and prayed for him. I really appreciate it. He’s doing better and the doctor said he can go home on the 12th (Tuesday). To tell you the truth, I’m not looking forward to it. My dad is a terrible patient.

Then there’s this issue with my uncle and my aunt. argh. I want to stay out of it but I ended up as sort of a middleman. haha.

Anyway, I won’t expound on the family stuff because it’s full of drama and unhappy thoughts. I’m determined to start this year off right — absolutely no negativity.

And on that note…

I’ve been incredibly busy. I’ve started the major revamp I promised to do. I’ve finished moving Moonlight Reverie to the main site — well, most of it. I’ve dropped most of the content. I probably won’t add visitor content anymore (that will be for Celardor). Please let me know what you think! { VISIT THE MIDHEAVEN COLLECTIVE }

I’m going to revamp ARDENT, my fanlisting collective next. I’ll probably start with the collective then move on to the fanlistings with temporary layouts. I might adopt out or close some fanlistings. We’ll see. BTW, Kryz has decided to let me adopt The Wedding Planner Fanlisting. The new layout is up but I’m still waiting for her to send me the MySQL files so I can set it up. Watch out for that! In the meantime, let me know what you think about the layout.

EDIT: 6:30 pm — I’ve finished revamping ARDENT!

A lot of people have been telling me to update and I’ve been feeling guilty about putting it off. Sorry guys! Rest assured, I will be redesigning EVERYTHING - from the main site down to the smallest subsite (fanlistings) - over the term break (Christmas vacation). At least, those I can finish. hehe. It’ll probably take at least a month or two to get everything done. I can’t stay in front of the computer too long so don’t expect anything fancy. Everything will be straight and simple from now on.
